Product Description
Custom cutting safety glass tempered glass is a glass which has been treated by a process of controlled heating and cooling in order to achieve a much higher mechanical and thermal resistance – up to 4-5 times more than the normal glass.
The advantages of cutting safety tempered glass
1. Safety: if breakage occurs the glass breaks up into small, cubical fragements, which are not threatening to human.
2. Stronger resistance to thermal breakage than annealed or heat strengthened glass
3.4-5 times stronger than annealed glass of the same thickness.
4. It withstands abrupt temperature change of 220°C.
5. Sizes are produced per customer request, once tempered, cannot be cut down
Custom cutting safety glass laminated glass is made of two or more pieces of tempered glass between which one layers or multi-layers of PVB with strong cohesion, It has clear visual field, high strength , while, it also can prevent as high as more than 99% of UV. It is wildly used on buildings, curtain wall, skylight, bank, school, villa and etc.
